The University offers MSc and PhD degree programs in Occupational Hygiene
in conjunction with research being done at the Chamber of Mines in South
Africa. The grant will fund the purchase of textbooks, standards (ISO,
ANSI, etc.), and CDs to provide students with the most current and relevant
literature available.
Colombian Occupational
Hygiene Association (ACHO)
Medellin, Columbia
ACHO promotes
educational and technical activities to improve recognition and knowledge
of industrial hygiene and occupational safety and health within Columbia.
The grant will fund the purchase of publications in support of a training
program that prepares individuals for the CIH Exam.
